Daniil Malkin vs Toma Shavershian

Boxing Daily Report from the Munkonge Promotions promoted show at Dimi Elin Gym, Magnitogorsk,  taking place on 01/12/2044:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Chelyabinsk Oblast Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Daniil Malkin (2 - 4 - 2) who hails from Chelyabinsk, Russia and Toma Shavershian(14 - 12(2) - 5) from Magnitogorsk, Russia.  Malkin weighed in at 125 pounds and 5 ounces, while Shavershian weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Evgeny Mostovoi, and the three ringside judges are Ivan Danilin, Goga Smetsky and Afanas Rebrov.

Shavershian is looking to close the distance.  As Shavershian tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Malkin dabs at his face checking for damage.
