Chike Matongo vs Joshua Kimvula

Boxing Daily Report from the Skebenga Corp promoted show at Investec Milpark Stadium, Johannesburg,  taking place on 17/12/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Southern African Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Cheeky Chike Matongo (20(13) - 1) who hails from Tembisa, South Africa and Joshua Kimvula(13(7) - 7(4)) from Umlazi, South Africa.  Both Matongo and Kimvula weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Luvolwethu Khumalo, and the three ringside judges are Uba Akamenya, Lisimba Jali and Vuyisile Sekola.  

Round 1: 

Matongo circles his opponent with a low guard, waiting for his opponent to attack.  Kimvula lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Matongo gets on the inside and attempts to land a left hook, but Kimvula parries the shot and counters with a cross.
