Ximen Coro vs Cruz Sala

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Arena Ciudad de Mexico, Mexico City,  taking place on 04/02/2045:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Azteca, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ximen Coro (17(12) - 0) who hails from Mexico City, Mexico and Cruz Sala(11 - 4(2) - 1) from Mexico City, Mexico.  Both Coro and Sala weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Vicente Lizana, and the three ringside judges are Rodrigo Parras, Emanuel Lopez and Santiago Chico.  

Round 1: 

Coro gets on the inside and throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot.  Coro ties up his opponent.  Coro pushes his forearm into Sala's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Sala hits home with a right uppercut.  
Coro steps inside.  Sala quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Coro lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head.  Coro ties up his opponent.  Coro leans on his opponent using all his weight. As they grapple, Coro pushes his forearm into Sala's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Coro lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head, AND SALA IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  Coro holds on to his opponent.  Coro pushes his forearm into Sala's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  Sala almost instantly recovers. 
Coro walks Sala into the blue corner.  Coro lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Coro holds on to his opponent.  Coro leans on his opponent using all his weight. As they grapple, Coro pushes his forearm into Sala's face.  The ref breaks Coro's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  Sala quickly recovers. 
Coro feints a jab, and then lands a left hook.  
Coro steps inside and connects with a right hook.  Coro holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Coro pushes his forearm into Sala's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Coro pivots to the side of his opponent and lands two left hook's to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  He then lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Sala throws a right uppercut, but Coro clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Coro pushes his forearm into Sala's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Coro about fouling.  
Coro hits home with a right hook.  
Coro lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Coro lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Coro is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Coro lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a double right hook to his opponents head, DROPPING SALA TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 5.  Sala now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Coro lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Coro is on target with a sharp left uppercut.  
Coro lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Coro sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Coro lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head, KNOCKING SALA DOWN!  The count reaches 10, but Sala is unable to get up!  The winner by KO is Coro!
