Dmitriy Lipkin vs Kir Snegirev

Boxing Daily Report from the Papugyan Promotions promoted show at Georgiy Zarubin Gym, Mogilev,  taking place on 19/12/2044:

Clearly Papugyan Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Belarus-East Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dmitriy Lipkin (2 - 4) who hails from Vitebsk, Belarus and Kir Snegirev(5 - 4) from Vitebsk, Belarus.  Both Lipkin and Snegirev weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Konstantin Fedora, and the three ringside judges are Oleksiy Bunda, Krystiyan Bondar and Konstantin Krasinski.
