Neil MacLaughlin vs Dan Ervin

Boxing Daily Report from the Dubango Promotions promoted show at Memphis Perkins, Memphis,  taking place on 06/01/2045:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Tennessee Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Neil MacLaughlin (6 - 11(1) - 1) who hails from Nashville, USA and Dan Ervin(24(11) - 7(5)) from Memphis, USA.  MacLaughlin weighed in at 147 pounds, while Ervin weighed in at 146 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Billy Dey, and the three ringside judges are Ian Dean, Dennis McKenzie and Paul Cruikshank.  

Round 1: 

Ervin circles his opponent with a low guard, waiting for his opponent to attack.  MacLaughlin is on target with a jab.  
Ervin advances into close range and lands a right hook.
