Dev Narra vs Syed Rais

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Tamil Nadu promoted show at Chennai Manne, Chennai,  taking place on 14/01/2045:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the India Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TEN Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Dev Narra (16 - 5 - 2) who hails from Chennai, India and Syed Rais(14(12) - 4(3)) from Ahmedabad, India.  Narra weighed in at 147 pounds, while Rais weighed in at 146 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Randeep Sharma, and the three ringside judges are Jyotish Narra, Baldev Bahri and Amer Meskin.  

Round 1: 

Rais gets on the inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Rais holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Rais pushes his forearm into Narra's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Rais.
