Syed Mohamad vs Sone Sani

Boxing Daily Report from the Batabaire Promotions promoted show at Kaduna Utondu, Kaduna,  taking place on 01/02/2045:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Kaduna State Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Syed Mohamad (5 - 24(1) - 6) who hails from Kaduna, Nigeria and Sone Sani(5 - 1) from Zaria, Nigeria.  Mohamad weighed in at 174 pounds and 4 ounces, while Sani weighed in at 175 pounds and 12 ounces.    As Sani came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Elderson Obasanjo, and the three ringside judges are William Vozor, Dylan Duba and James Ezenwaka.
