Russel Jacques vs Chancellor Huret

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Belgium-Capital Region promoted show at Brussels Carreau, Brussels,  taking place on 14/02/2045:

Clearly AI Belgium-Capital Region have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Belgium-Capital Region Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Russel Jacques (7 - 2) who hails from Brussels, Belgium and Chancellor Huret(2 - 13(1)) from Anderlecht, Belgium.  Jacques weighed in at 147 pounds, while Huret weighed in at 146 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Similien Voisin, and the three ringside judges are Beau Filipacchi, Denis Seyrig and Percy Ort.
