Boxing Daily Report from the Ferry Boxing promoted show at Sportpark Buiksloterbanne, Amsterdam,  taking place on 25/02/2045:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Ziggo Sport, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Tenenan Fossey (18(3) - 0) who hails from Toulon, France and Rydant Van de Woestyn(15 - 19(3) - 10) from Amsterdam, Netherlands.  Both Fossey and Van de Woestyn weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Tone de Beule, and the three ringside judges are Helmus Ghyselins, Arthur Parydaen and Giede Feys.  

Round 1: 

Fossey lands a jab followed by  two straights to his opponents head.

Van de Woestyn throws a left hook, but Fossey ties up his opponent.  Fossey pushes his forearm into Van de Woestyn's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Fossey about fouling.  
Fossey switches the action to the outside and lands two jabs followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Fossey tries to step out of his opponents range and lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Van de Woestyn closes the distance.  Fossey lands a left hook to the body followed by two right hook's to the head.  
Fossey pivots to the left of his opponent and lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Fossey is looking to keep his distance and connects with an overhand right.  
Van de Woestyn closes the distance and tries to land a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging right hook.  
Fossey is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a jab to the head, a cross to the body and a jab to the head.  
Fossey lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Fossey is looking to keep his distance and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He then lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.

Van de Woestyn steps inside and manouvers Fossey onto the ropes.  Van de Woestyn pivots to the side of his opponent.  Fossey hits home with a solid left hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Van de Woestyn's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.

Van de Woestyn sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Fossey finds the target with a ramrod jab.  
Fossey hits home with a stinging jab.  
Fossey is on target with a hard jab.  
Van de Woestyn gets on the inside and throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging right hook.  
Van de Woestyn gets on the inside and forces Fossey to back into the ropes.  Fossey digs in a right hook to Van de Woestyn's ribs.  
Van de Woestyn throws a left hook, but Fossey holds on to his opponent.  Fossey leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Fossey steps away from his opponent and lands a jab.  
Fossey tries to step out of his opponents range and hits home with an overhand left.  
Van de Woestyn advances into close range and forces Fossey to retreat into a corner.  Fossey is on target with a forceful left hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE VAN DE WOESTYN WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Fossey holds on to his opponent.  Fossey tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Van de Woestyn behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Fossey.  
Fossey stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Fossey lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a cross followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS VAN DE WOESTYN DOWN!  He manages to get up at 7.  Van de Woestyn now seems to have his senses back.  
Fossey steps away from his opponent and lands with a spiteful jab.  
Van de Woestyn steps inside.  Fossey pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents head, KNOCKING VAN DE WOESTYN DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 6.  Van de Woestyn quickly recovers. 
Fossey tries to step out of his opponents range.  Van de Woestyn throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Fossey steps away from his opponent and lands two jabs to the body, and one to the head.

Fossey lands a cross to the body followed by a jab to the head.  
Van de Woestyn pivots from in front of his opponent.  Fossey lands a FIERCE right hook.  VAN DE WOESTYN IS HURT!  Fossey throws a left hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut to Fossey's body.  
Some sustained pressure from Fossey could be enough to finish Van de Woestyn!  Fossey lands a left hook, left uppercut and a left hook to his opponents head, AND DROPS VAN DE WOESTYN!  He tries to rise but his legs dont respond...the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Fossey!
