Mervyn Leamon vs Jordan Joho

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Bulgaria-Burgas promoted show at Arena Burgas, Burgas,  taking place on 26/02/2045:

Clearly AI Bulgaria-Burgas have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a tournament fight from Burgas LW.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Mervyn Leamon (0 - 0) who hails from Wakefield, UK and Jordan Joho(0 - 0) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Both Leamon and Joho weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yan á Kostomarov, and the three ringside judges are Tihomir á Vandalov, Svetoslav á Kirkorov and Onur Erdel.  

Round 1: 

Leamon finds the target with a jab.  
Joho finds the target with a sharp jab.  Joho attempts to land a cross, but Leamon sidesteps and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Leamon steps away from his opponent and lands two consecutive overhand rights to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Joho almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Joho lands a sharp left hook.  Joho attempts to land a left hook, but Leamon blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Leamon steps to the outside and connects with a cross.  
Joho forces Leamon to back into the ropes.  Leamon is on target with a jab.  Leamon attempts to land a jab, but Joho sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Leamon tries to land a left uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Leamon tries to keep the action at long range.  Leamon sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Joho attempts to land an overhand right, but Leamon dodges the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Joho drives a left uppercut into his opponents liver.  
Joho attempts to land a left hook, but Leamon slips the shot and counters with a sharp left hook.  
Joho closes the distance and throws a right hook, but Leamon ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Leamon pushes his forearm into Joho's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Leamon to stop fouling.  
Leamon steps away from his opponent.  Joho attempts to land a jab, but Leamon blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Leamon hits home with a powerful left hook.  JOHO IS HURT!  Joho almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Leamon steps away from his opponent and lands two jabs followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Leamon feints a jab, and then connects with a nasty cross.  JOHO IS HURT!  
Leamon is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Leamon lands a left uppercut, right uppercut and a right hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a right uppercut followed by  two straights to his opponents head, AND SENDS JOHO TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 5.  Joho now seems to have got his legs back.  
Leamon circles his opponent with a low guard, waiting for his opponent to attack.  Joho lands a cross.  Joho throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Joho advances into close range.  Leamon lands a left hook.  Leamon holds on to his opponent.  Joho pushes his forearm into Leamon's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Joho about fouling.  
Leamon sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Joho attempts to land a cross, but Leamon slips the shot and counters with a hurtful left hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE JOHO WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Joho recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Leamon lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Joho forces Leamon to back into the ropes.  Leamon tries to land a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right hook to Leamon's body.  
Leamon tries to keep the action at long range and lands an overhand right.  
Leamon lands an overhand left followed by a jab to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Joho's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Joho's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Leamon lands two jabs followed by a cross to his opponents head, KNOCKING JOHO DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  
Leamon switches the action to the outside.  Leamon sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a cross followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  
Joho tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a mean left uppercut.  JOHO WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Leamon is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Leamon knows Joho is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Leamon EXPLODES a WICKED left hook into his opponents face.  DOWN GOES JOHO!  HE MAKES IT TO ONE KNEE, BUT IS UNABLE TO RISE ANY FURTHER AS THE REF COUNTS 10!  The winner by KO is Leamon!
