Ethan Saupan vs Noel Magbual

Boxing Daily Report from the Kpegah Promotions promoted show at Cebu City Yagin, Cebu City,  taking place on 02/03/2045:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Philippines-Cebu Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ethan Saupan (5(2) - 3(1)) who hails from Mandaue, Philippines and Noel Magbual(10 - 0) from Cebu City, Philippines.  Saupan weighed in at 118 pounds, while Magbual weighed in at 117 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Connor Calapatia, and the three ringside judges are Dylan Cabatic, Stephen Montanez and Ricky Magana.
