Yulian Podkolzin vs Ioakim Levin

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Russia-Irkutsk Oblast promoted show at Irkutsk Prudnikov, Irkutsk,  taking place on 06/03/2045:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Russia-Irkutsk Oblast Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Russia, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Yulian Podkolzin (20(9) - 1 - 1) who hails from Irkutsk, Russia and Ioakim Levin(17 - 2) from Irkutsk, Russia.  Podkolzin weighed in at 134 pounds and 6 ounces, while Levin weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Georgiy Wolsky, and the three ringside judges are Isaak Zenovka, Sasha Stepanov and Dmitriy Zozulin.
