Boxing Daily Report from the AI Zimbabwe-Bulawayo promoted show at Bulawayo Mutsekwa, Bulawayo,  taking place on 09/03/2045:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Zimbabwe-Bulawayo Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chris Mapfumo (3 - 8(1) - 1) who hails from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and Shevon Chipeta(20(8) - 6(5)) from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.  Both Mapfumo and Chipeta weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rashon Mambare, and the three ringside judges are Chris Colville, Patrick Gwisai and Joseph Tongogara.

Mapfumo is clearly losing his cool here!   He steps in close and swings a low uppercut into Chipeta's groin!  The ref takes no action over the foul, despite complaints from Chipeta.  
Mapfumo closes the distance.  Mapfumo is desperate to make more of an impact on his opponent.   He pushes his head into Chipeta's face...that looked intentional!  The ref tells Mapfumo to keep his head out of his opponents face.  He gives Chipeta time to recover.  
Chipeta switches the action to the outside and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Chipeta closes the distance and is on target with a potent left hook.  MAPFUMO WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Chipeta clinches his opponent.  Chipeta leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Chipeta tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Mapfumo's kidney. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Mapfumo could be stopped here, if Chipeta can find the right shot!  Chipeta lands a double left hook to his opponents head, DROPPING MAPFUMO TO THE CANVAS!  He unsteadily tries to get up but is unable to beat the 10 count!  The winner by KO is Chipeta!
