Theo Miu vs Malik Farooq

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Malaysia-Perak promoted show at Ipoh Eid, Ipoh,  taking place on 15/03/2045:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Malaysia Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV3, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Theo Miu (25(21) - 7(4)) who hails from Petaling Jaya, Malaysia and Malik Farooq(9 - 3 - 4) from Ipoh, Malaysia.  Miu weighed in at 154 pounds and 12 ounces, while Farooq weighed in at 154 pounds.    As Miu came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Khalid Rahaim, and the three ringside judges are Imran Attar, Syed Habib and Mohsin Zaki.
