Gig Escovedo vs Dario Zermeno

Boxing Daily Report from the Atsu Promotions promoted show at Macario Bail Gym, Los Alcarrizos,  taking place on 23/03/2045:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Dominican Republic-Santo Domingo Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gig Escovedo (20 - 15(1) - 4) who hails from Santo Domingo Oeste, Dominican Republic and Dario Zermeno(6 - 5) from Los Alcarrizos, Dominican Republic.  Escovedo weighed in at 199 pounds and 14 ounces, while Zermeno weighed in at 199 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Quito Suero, and the three ringside judges are Joaquin Onate, Nemesio Carrero and Carlos Ruedas.
