Nao Ogasawara vs Eiji Jo

Boxing Daily Report from the Ayim Promotions promoted show at Soka Kon, Soka,  taking place on 27/03/2045:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Saitama Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nao Ogasawara (2 - 4 - 1) who hails from Tokorozawa, Japan and Eiji Jo(17 - 2(1)) from Tokorozawa, Japan.  Both Ogasawara and Jo weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ichiro Tsuchiya, and the three ringside judges are Hajime Sada, Ryuu Kamiya and Kenji Yasutake.  

Round 1: 

Ogasawara attempts to land a jab, but Jo sidesteps and counters with a solid cross.  
Jo steps inside and is on target with a right hook.  
Jo lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Jo pivots from in front of his opponent.  Jo is on target with a right hook.  Jo holds on to his opponent.  Jo tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Ogasawara behind the head. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Jo drives a solid right uppercut into his opponents ribcage.  
Ogasawara pivots to the side of his opponent.  Ogasawara tries to land a right uppercut, but Jo sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Ogasawara steps back and leans on the ropes with his guard up.  Jo tries to tag Ogasawara on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!  Jo lands a stinging cross.  
Ogasawara advances into close range.  Jo throws a right hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Jo clinches his opponent.  Jo uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Ogasawara behind the head.

Ogasawara steps to the outside and lands a double jab to his opponents head.

Ogasawara is looking to close the distance.  Jo hits home with a left hook.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Ogasawara dabs at his face checking for damage.
