Boxing Daily Report from the Hands Promotions promoted show at Sun Life Stadium, Miami,  taking place on 13/05/2045:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Ewan Warhawk Whitehorn (30(30) - 0) who hails from Joliet, USA and Tobias Pottenger(38(33) - 9(8)) from Halifax, Canada.  Both Whitehorn and Pottenger weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jasper Mathison, and the three ringside judges are Ian Hossack, Sean Carmona and Jasper Mathison.  

Round 1: 

Whitehorn closes the distance.  Pottenger sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Whitehorn connects with a left hook.  
Pottenger tries to land a jab, but Whitehorn sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Pottenger tries to step out of his opponents range and drives a hard jab into his opponents face.  
Whitehorn attempts to land a cross, but Pottenger blocks the shot and counters with a sharp left hook.  
Pottenger pivots to the left of his opponent and connects with a right hook.  
Whitehorn lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Whitehorn closes the distance and connects with a sharp left hook.  
Pottenger sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a firm left hook.  
Pottenger tries to land a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Whitehorn steps inside and tries to land a right hook, but Pottenger blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Whitehorn digs in a firm left uppercut to his opponents liver.

Whitehorn lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Whitehorn tries to land a right hook, but Pottenger blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Pottenger steps to the outside and lands with a stiff jab.  
Whitehorn closes the distance.  Pottenger is on target with a left uppercut.  
Whitehorn walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Whitehorn lands a right hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  He continues the combination and lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Pottenger quickly recovers.

Whitehorn advances into close range and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.

Pottenger steps to the outside and drives a cross into his opponents body.  
Pottenger is on target with a jab.  Pottenger throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Whitehorn is on target with a left hook to Pottenger's ribs.  
Whitehorn digs in a left hook to his opponents body.

The right shot from Whitehorn could be enough to force the stoppage!  Whitehorn lands two straights followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  He then lands a left hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a left uppercut to the head, AND POTTENGER IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 8.  Pottenger now seems to have got his legs back.

Pottenger sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a cross followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  
Whitehorn digs in a forceful right hook to Pottenger's body.  POTTENGER WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Pottenger recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Whitehorn DETONATES a WICKED right uppercut on his opponents face.  POTTENGER IS HURT!  
Pottenger walks his opponent onto the ropes.  The right shot from Whitehorn could be enough to force the stoppage!  Whitehorn lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He then lands a left uppercut followed by a cross to his opponents head, AND DROPS POTTENGER TO THE CANVAS!  He is unable to get up before the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Whitehorn!
