Boxing Daily Report from the Wanis Promotions promoted show at Manchester Arena, Manchester,  taking place on 22/04/2045:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the European Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ljuban Jelcic (32(16) - 3) who hails from Split, Croatia and Vili Makinen(48(44) - 19(17) - 1) from Helsinki, Finland.  Jelcic weighed in at 153 pounds and 12 ounces, while Makinen weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jack Keefe, and the three ringside judges are Bart McPhee, Brian Hall and Zachary Couch.
