Felix Samson vs Michael Hopes

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Bell Centre, Montreal,  taking place on 29/07/2045:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Canada Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Super Channel, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Felix Samson (24(19) - 0) who hails from Montreal, Canada and Michael Hopes(19(12) - 1(1) - 1) from Surrey, Canada.  Samson weighed in at 147 pounds, while Hopes weighed in at 146 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Erec Adore, and the three ringside judges are Prewitt Gedeon, Olier Paradis and Germain Baute.
