Anthony Gowans vs Killian Carmody

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at Croke Park, Dublin,  taking place on 10/06/2045:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Western Europe Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on PPV Channel, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Anthony Gowans (41(30) - 3(3)) who hails from Dublin, Ireland and Killian Carmody(22(3) - 12(2)) from Waterford, Ireland.  Gowans weighed in at 235 pounds And 1 ounces, while Carmody weighed in at 240 pounds And 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Lewis Carroll, and the three ringside judges are Joshua McColl, John Hyland and Sam Mulryan.
