Clint Evens vs Michael Moad

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Oregon promoted show at Simwala Gym, Salem,  taking place on 05/05/2045:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Oregon Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Clint Evens (34(1) - 2(2)) who hails from Portland, USA and Michael Moad(3 - 1) from Eugene, USA.  Both Evens and Moad weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Stephen Greim, and the three ringside judges are Peter Roger, Kian Bilbao and Floyd Esson.  

Round 1: 

Evens digs in a left hook to Moad's body.

As Evens tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Moad dabs at his face checking for damage.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Moad.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
