Ye Wat vs On Ip

Boxing Daily Report from the Chinese Boxing Federation promoted show at Wen Tsay Gym, Shanghai,  taking place on 22/05/2045:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the China-Shanghai Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ye Wat (4 - 10 - 2) who hails from Shanghai, China and On Ip(12 - 8(1)) from Shanghai, China.  Wat weighed in at 160 pounds, while Ip weighed in at 160 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Gan Shiu, and the three ringside judges are Genjo Hauw, Uang Bai and Lee Tie.  

Round 1: 

Wat finds the target with a jab.  Wat attempts to land a jab, but Ip sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Ip steps to the outside and lands a cross.  
Ip tries to land a cross, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right hook to Ip's body.  
Ip is on target with a left hook.  
Wat switches the action to the outside.  Ip drops his hands, and waves his opponent in.  Wat throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Ip throws a left uppercut, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Ip lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Wat is looking to keep his distance.  Wat quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Ip attempts to land a jab, but Wat sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Wat connects with a cross.  
Wat sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Ip hits home with a left uppercut.  
Ip lands an overhand left.  
Wat switches the action to the outside.  Ip hits home with a cross.  
Ip cuts off the ring, trapping Wat in the red corner.  Wat throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Ip to the neutral corner.  He warns Wat that continued fouling will result in a point deduction.  
Ip switches the action to the outside.  Ip lowers his hands, trying to provoke his opponent to attack.  Wat lands a cross.
