Bongi Matlala vs Thulani Mabena

Boxing Daily Report from the Top Shelf Prospects promoted show at Oliver Tambo Hall, Cape Town,  taking place on 10/06/2045:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Bongi Matlala (7(2) - 0 - 1) who hails from Katlehong, South Africa and Thulani Mabena(8(4) - 2(1) - 1) from Soweto, South Africa.  Matlala weighed in at 160 pounds, while Mabena weighed in at 159 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Runako Mashaba, and the three ringside judges are Colin Ntuli, Lee Katanda and La Vonn Dorkenoo.
