Edward McWethy vs Paul Wham

Boxing Daily Report from the PP Promotions promoted show at Radisson Hotel, Glasgow,  taking place on 27/05/2045:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Edward McWethy (0 - 0) who hails from Edinburgh, UK and Paul Wham(7 - 10(2) - 4) from London, UK.  Both McWethy and Wham weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gordon Arnott, and the three ringside judges are Thomas Ryan, Bruce McBeth and Robert Priddy.

McWethy leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  Wham almost instantly recovers. 
McWethy switches the action to the outside and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
McWethy hits home with a firm cross.  
Wham advances into close range.  McWethy lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  McWethy clinches his opponent.  McWethy leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Wham's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.
