Thompson Akpala vs Prince Kanayo

Boxing Daily Report from the Olokaonyango Promotions promoted show at Robert Achike Gym, Kano,  taking place on 01/06/2045:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Kano State Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Thompson Akpala (15 - 13 - 4) who hails from Kano, Nigeria and Prince Kanayo(15 - 5) from Kano, Nigeria.  Akpala weighed in at 167 pounds And 7 ounces, while Kanayo weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hope Namo, and the three ringside judges are Izunna Obiefuna, Lukman Aderemi and Rehan Pasha.
