Jake Bosman vs Puleng Mathoho

Boxing Daily Report from the Wicker promoted show at South Gym, Soweto,  taking place on 30/05/2045:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa-Gauteng Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jake Bosman (8 - 12) who hails from Tembisa, South Africa and Puleng Mathoho(11 - 14 - 10) from Johannesburg, South Africa.  Bosman weighed in at 174 pounds And 8 ounces, while Mathoho weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Tshepo Dikgacoi, and the three ringside judges are Quannell Poku, Phumelele Mkhize and Mahdi Jamin.  

Round 1: 

Bosman steps inside and hits home with a right hook.

It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Mathoho.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.
