Hubert Wilczynski vs Tobias Nesmith

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Hanshin Racecourse, Takarazuka,  taking place on 17/06/2045:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the WRBC Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Hubert Wilczynski (25(22) - 4(2)) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Tobias Nesmith(24(16) - 2(2)) from Overland Park, USA.  Both Wilczynski and Nesmith weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Iwao Sumida, and the three ringside judges are Fumio Matsuno, Hisoka Nishida and Satoshi Sakamoto.  

Round 1: 

Wilczynski strikes his opponents body with a jab.  Wilczynski tries to land an overhand right, but Nesmith slips the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
Wilczynski lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Nesmith lands with a hard jab.  
Nesmith steps inside.  Nesmith pivots from in front of his opponent.  Nesmith is on target with a left hook.  Nesmith tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a stinging left uppercut.  
Nesmith throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Nesmith steps inside and forces Wilczynski to retreat onto the ropes.  Wilczynski is on target with a firm left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Nesmith steps away from his opponent.  Wilczynski drives a jab into Nesmith's body.  
Nesmith advances into close range.  Nesmith sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Nesmith lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Nesmith throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a solid left hook.  
Wilczynski throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook to Wilczynski's body.  
Nesmith gets on the inside.  Wilczynski is on target with a left hook.  
Nesmith is looking to keep his distance and attempts to land a cross, but Wilczynski sidesteps and counters with a sharp left uppercut.

Nesmith lands with a spiteful jab.

Nesmith throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a solid left hook to Nesmith's body.

Wilczynski tries to keep the action at long range and lands an overhand left followed by a cross to his opponents head.

Nesmith attempts to land a jab, but Wilczynski sidesteps and counters with a WICKED left uppercut.  IT LOOKS LIKE NESMITH WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Nesmith gets on the inside and manages to force Wilczynski onto the ropes.  Wilczynski is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Wilczynski lands a right uppercut to the head, a left uppercut to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  He then lands a cross, left hook and a cross to his opponents head.  Nesmith now seems to have got his legs back.  
Nesmith attempts to land a left uppercut, but Wilczynski blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Wilczynski is looking to keep his distance and hits home with a stinging overhand left.  
Wilczynski attempts to land a jab, but Nesmith slips the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
Wilczynski lands a hard jab.  Wilczynski throws an overhand left, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Nesmith's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Nesmith's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.

Wilczynski is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Wilczynski tries to land a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a sharp right uppercut.  
Wilczynski EXPLODES a FIERCE overhand left into his opponents face.  IT LOOKS LIKE NESMITH WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Nesmith almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Wilczynski lands a jab, overhand left and an overhand right to his opponents head, AND NESMITH IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 8.  
The right shot from Wilczynski could be enough to force the stoppage!  Wilczynski lands a cross followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND SENDS NESMITH SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He fails to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Wilczynski!
