Sammy McTier vs Saad Ghannam

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at AAMI Park, Melbourne,  taking place on 24/06/2045:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Sammy McTier (17(5) - 12(3)) who hails from Brisbane, Australia and Saad Ghannam(12(3) - 12(2) - 1(NC)) from Sunshine Coast, Australia.  McTier weighed in at 108 pounds, while Ghannam weighed in at 107 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is John Kissick, and the three ringside judges are Blake Lapshin, Johnny Elias and Ian Espy.
