Onofre Danca vs Fidel Mateus

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Nilson Nelson Gymnasium, Brasilia,  taking place on 29/07/2045:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SporTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Onofre Danca (34(19) - 4(3)) who hails from Fortaleza, Brazil and Fidel Mateus(37 - 2 - 3) from Fortaleza, Brazil.  Both Danca and Mateus weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rodrigo Pedroso, and the three ringside judges are Hilario Saade, Joaquin Serpa and Gabriel Samudio.  

Round 1:

Mateus walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Mateus finds the target with a jab.

Mateus pivots to the left of his opponent.  Danca attempts to land a left uppercut, but Mateus parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.

Mateus could be stopped here, if Danca can find the right shot!  Danca lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents head, DROPPING MATEUS TO THE CANVAS!  He tries to rise but his legs dont respond...the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Danca!
