Vince Spang vs Oliver Claro

Boxing Daily Report from the Top Shelf Prospects promoted show at Times-Union Center, Jacksonville,  taking place on 14/06/2045:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Vince Spang (7(6) - 0) who hails from San Antonio, USA and Oliver Claro(3 - 7 - 1) from Los Angeles, USA.  Spang weighed in at 167 pounds and 12 ounces, while Claro weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Juan Molina, and the three ringside judges are Lloyd Purse, Rob Quigg and Joe Taitt.  

Round 1: 

Spang lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Spang advances into close range.  Spang pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a firm right hook.  
Spang manouvers his opponent into the red corner.  Spang lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Spang quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body, AND DOWN GOES CLARO!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  Claro almost instantly recovers. 
Spang advances into close range and lands a right uppercut to the head, a right hook to the body and a left uppercut to the body, AND DOWN GOES CLARO!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  Claro quickly recovers. 
Spang feints a cross, and then tries to land a jab, but Claro sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Spang lands a cross.  
Spang feints a right, and then connects with a firm cross.  
Spang lands a right hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Spang connects with a stinging left uppercut.  
Spang manouvers Claro into the corner.  Spang is on target with a right hook to Claro's ribcage.  Spang clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Spang pushes his forearm into Claro's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Spang lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Spang feints a cross, and then hits home with a spiteful jab.  
Spang lands a left uppercut, left hook and a right hook to his opponents head.  
Spang lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Claro quickly recovers. 
Spang closes the distance.  Spang sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Spang throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Spang drives a left hook into his opponents body.  Spang throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Spang walks Claro into a neutral corner.  Spang pivots to the left of his opponent.  Spang connects with a left uppercut.  Spang holds on to his opponent.  Spang leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Spang tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Claro's kidney. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Spang lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Claro recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Spang lands a cross followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  
Spang advances into close range and throws a left hook, but the shot is blocked.  Spang holds on to his opponent.  Spang leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Spang uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Claro behind the head. 
Spang closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Spang pivots from in front of his opponent.  Spang lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Spang ties up his opponent.  Spang leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Spang hits home with a left uppercut.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Claro's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Claro's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Claro's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Claro's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Spang is on target with a firm right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Spang pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
Claro is on target with a cross.  
Spang gets on the inside and whips in a nasty left hook to Claro's ribs.  CLARO IS HURT!  
Spang senses his opponent is hurt.  He is looking to stop Claro and just needs the right shot.  Spang lands a left uppercut to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left hook to the body, AND SENDS CLARO TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  
Spang slams a mean right hook into his opponents ribs.  CLARO IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 5.  It looks like Claro has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Spang walks Claro into the corner.  Spang drives a firm right hook into Claro's body.  
Spang pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left uppercut followed by  two right hooks to his opponents head, AND CLARO IS KNOCKED DOWN!  The ref does not even bother with the count...he's seen enough!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Spang!
