Jake Bevans vs Gig Mayoral

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Guyana-North promoted show at Guyana ICC, Georgetown,  taking place on 02/08/2045:

Clearly AI Guyana-North have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a tournament fight from Guyana Open.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on NCN, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jake Bevans (10(7) - 3) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and Gig Mayoral(6 - 6 - 4) from Managua, Nicaragua.  Bevans weighed in at 130 pounds, while Mayoral weighed in at 129 pounds And 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Mark Firth, and the three ringside judges are Max Renton, Sean Ogilvie and Paul Gilliland.  

Round 1: 

Bevans pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He then lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Mayoral almost instantly recovers. 
Bevans lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  Bevans holds on to his opponent.  Bevans leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Bevans forces Mayoral to retreat into a corner.  Bevans lands a right hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  Bevans holds on to his opponent.  Bevans is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Bevans lands a right uppercut to the body, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  Bevans clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Bevans pushes his forearm into Mayoral's face.  The referee warns Bevans and breaks the clinch.

He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  It looks like Mayoral has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.

Bevans closes the distance.  Bevans quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a firm left hook to his opponents body.

Bevans gets on the inside and connects with a right hook.  
Bevans drives a firm right hook into his opponents body.  Bevans clinches his opponent.  Bevans leans on his opponent using all his weight. Bevans tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Mayoral behind the head. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Bevans lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body, AND SENDS MAYORAL TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 5.  Mayoral recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Bevans lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  Bevans holds on to his opponent.  Bevans is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
