Fraser MacMasters vs Anton Kerrigan

Boxing Daily Report from the Jaromir Dobroniecki promoted show at Capital FM Arena, Nottingham,  taking place on 03/08/2045:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Fraser MacMasters (20(4) - 2(2) - 1) who hails from Edinburgh, UK and Anton Kerrigan(10 - 16(3) - 1) from Glasgow, UK.  MacMasters weighed in at 114 pounds and 13 ounces, while Kerrigan weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Matt McFee, and the three ringside judges are Robert Goff, Thomas MacGregor and Aron Perkins.  

Round 1: 

MacMasters lands a straight 1 - 2.

Kerrigan throws a right hook, but MacMasters clinches his opponent.  MacMasters leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Kerrigan is looking to close the distance.  MacMasters pivots to the right of his opponent.  MacMasters connects with a left uppercut.  MacMasters holds on to his opponent.  The ref breaks MacMasters's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
