Brad Duffy vs Cody Crumlish

Boxing Daily Report from the Iain Llewellyn promoted show at City West Hotel, Dublin,  taking place on 29/07/2045:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Brad Duffy (19(14) - 4 - 1) who hails from Dublin, Ireland and Cody Crumlish(6 - 0) from Dublin, Ireland.  Duffy weighed in at 146 pounds and 15 ounces, while Crumlish weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fionn Delaney, and the three ringside judges are Thomas Burke, Gareth Byrne and Thomas McShane.  

Round 1: 

Crumlish throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.

Duffy is looking to close the distance.  Crumlish drives a left hook into Duffy's body.  Duffy clinches his opponent.  Duffy leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Duffy's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Duffy tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a sharp cross.  
Duffy is on target with a stinging cross.  
Duffy lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Crumlish advances into close range.  Duffy digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  
Duffy switches the action to the outside and lands an overhand left followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Crumlish gets on the inside.  Crumlish sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Duffy lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Crumlish is looking to close the distance and manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Duffy lands a spiteful left hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE CRUMLISH WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Crumlish quickly recovers. 
Crumlish steps inside.  Duffy lands a firm right hook.  Duffy clinches his opponent.  Crumlish is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Crumlish advances into close range and walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Crumlish is on target with a right uppercut to Duffy's ribs.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Duffy's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Crumlish's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.

Crumlish sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Crumlish attempts to land a cross, but Duffy slips the shot and counters with a FEARSOME right hook.  CRUMLISH IS HURT!  
Crumlish advances into close range.  Duffy is looking to force the stoppage!  Duffy lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a left uppercut to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the head.  The winner by KO is Duffy!
