Steven Buchannon vs Joel Morales

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Sofi Stadium, Los Angeles,  taking place on 29/07/2045:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the USA Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Showtime, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Steven The Cannon Buchannon (24(22) - 3(3)) who hails from New York City, USA and Joel Morales(36(1) - 8(1) - 1) from Portland, USA.  Both Buchannon and Morales weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ricky Kinnon, and the three ringside judges are Sid Marcial, Seth Coria and Joey Catherwood.  

Round 1: 

Morales closes the distance.  Buchannon hits home with a solid right hook.
