Ian Rees vs Oisin Connolly

Boxing Daily Report from the Jaromir Dobroniecki promoted show at SECC Hall, Glasgow,  taking place on 08/08/2045:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Celtic Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ian Rees (16 - 5) who hails from Swansea, UK and Oisin Connolly(6 - 12(3) - 2) from Dun Laoghaire, Ireland.  Both Rees and Connolly weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Abdul Arif, and the three ringside judges are Joseph Menelaws, Peter McAlister and Pat McNorton.  

Round 1: 

Rees gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.
