Lavaughn Kones vs Paul Ngilu

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Kisumu promoted show at Mark Aiyabei Gym, Kisumu,  taking place on 28/07/2045:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Kisumu Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lavaughn Kones (5 - 7 - 3) who hails from Kisumu, Kenya and Paul Ngilu(1 - 0) from Kisumu, Kenya.  Kones weighed in at 146 pounds and 13 ounces, while Ngilu weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alen Mwamzandi, and the three ringside judges are Paul Babla, Mark Lavatsa and Mick Mutu.
