Niall Sheehy vs Blake Whalen

Boxing Daily Report from the PP Promotions promoted show at Fairways Hotel, Dundalk,  taking place on 21/08/2045:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Irish-Leinster Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Ireland, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Niall Sheehy (11(7) - 0) who hails from Dundalk, Ireland and Blake Whalen(5(4) - 1) from Tallaght, Ireland.  Sheehy weighed in at 135 pounds, while Whalen weighed in at 134 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Rory Finnegan, and the three ringside judges are Mel Mohan, Paul Healy and Michael Dillon.
