Montego Nora vs Rico Alexandre

Boxing Daily Report from the Odoom Promotions promoted show at Sierra Florio Gym, Manaus,  taking place on 19/08/2045:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Brazil-Amazonas Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Montego Nora (5 - 17(4) - 4) who hails from Manaus, Brazil and Rico The Law Alexandre(49(23) - 30(23)) from Manaus, Brazil.  Nora weighed in at 174 pounds And 15 ounces, while Alexandre weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Vegas Borba, and the three ringside judges are Sancho Silva, Hilario Spinola and Montego Vila.  

Round 1: 

Alexandre is on target with a cross.  
Alexandre steps to the outside and lands a ramrod jab.

Nora tries to keep the action at long range.  Alexandre hits home with an overhand left.  
Alexandre quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left uppercut followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Alexandre advances into close range and tries to land a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Alexandre lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  Alexandre throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook to Alexandre's body.  
Alexandre gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut.

Alexandre DETONATES a HUGE cross on his opponents face.  NORA IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 5.  It looks like Nora has now recovered from that shot earlier.
