Paul Scroggin vs Roger Izquierdo

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Hands Arena, Chicago,  taking place on 23/09/2045:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Paul Scroggin (22(18) - 0) who hails from Saint Paul, USA and Roger Izquierdo(29(20) - 7(3)) from Tucson, USA.  Scroggin weighed in at 229 pounds and 10 ounces, while Izquierdo weighed in at 218 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Patrick Baker, and the three ringside judges are Dave Maddox, Cody Cockburn and Bob MacRae.
