Justin Yale vs David Ledgerwood

Boxing Daily Report from the Jaromir Dobroniecki promoted show at Spectrum Stadium, Orlando,  taking place on 26/09/2045:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Justin Yale (20(13) - 0) who hails from Vancouver, Canada and David Ledgerwood(13 - 6 - 6) from Dallas, USA.  Both Yale and Ledgerwood weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Paul Corse, and the three ringside judges are Ora Danon, Blake Hyslop and Oleos Infante.  

Round 1: 

Yale sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands an overhand left followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Yale switches the action to the outside and throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Yale lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  He then lands a cross to the head followed by a jab to the body.  
Yale lands a cross followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  
Yale stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  Ledgerwood tries to land a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Ledgerwood forces Yale to back into the ropes.  Ledgerwood pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left uppercut.  
Yale tries to step out of his opponents range.  Yale sidesteps to the left of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Yale lands a jab to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Ledgerwood walks Yale down, trapping him on the ropes.  Ledgerwood throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a FIERCE left uppercut.  IT LOOKS LIKE LEDGERWOOD WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Ledgerwood recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Yale is looking to keep his distance and lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.

Yale feints a jab and triggers a cross counter from Ledgerwood.  Yale springs the trap and counters with  a solid left hook.  
Yale pivots to the left of his opponent and drives a left uppercut into his opponents body.  
Yale switches the action to the outside.  Yale feints a jab, fooling Ledgerwood into throwing a cross counter.  Yale avoids the shot and counters with a firm cross.  
Yale tries to keep the action at long range and hits the target with a hard jab.  
Yale throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Yale quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Ledgerwood is on target with a cross.  
Yale is looking to keep his distance and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Ledgerwood lowers his hands, trying to provoke his opponent to attack.  Yale lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Yale lands with a solid jab.  
Yale switches the action to the outside.  Yale feints a jab, fooling Ledgerwood into throwing a left hook counter.  Yale avoids the shot and counters with a cross.

Yale tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a WICKED overhand left.  IT LOOKS LIKE LEDGERWOOD WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Ledgerwood almost instantly gets his legs back. 
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Ledgerwood's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Ledgerwood's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.

Ledgerwood advances into close range and forces Yale to back into the ropes.  Yale lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body.  
Yale lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.

Ledgerwood is looking to close the distance.  Yale is on target with a firm right hook.  Yale holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Yale pushes his forearm into Ledgerwood's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
