Chen Wan vs An Luen

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Guangdong promoted show at Dongguan Liem, Dongguan,  taking place on 01/09/2045:

Clearly AI China-Guangdong have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Guangdong Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chen Wan (6 - 10 - 4) who hails from Shantou, China and An Luen(11 - 10 - 2) from Shantou, China.  Wan weighed in at 154 pounds, while Luen weighed in at 154 pounds and 9 ounces.    As Luen came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Cong Tseng, and the three ringside judges are Genjo Lui, Fo-hai Yep and Cong Tseng.
