Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at Rogers Center, Toronto,  taking place on 25/10/2045:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Shotgun Phil Gilchrist (76(47) - 7(3) - 1) who hails from Brampton, Canada and Venacio Cruz(19(14) - 1(1) - 1) from Madrid, Spain.  Gilchrist weighed in at 134 pounds and 12 ounces, while Cruz weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dave Mollison, and the three ringside judges are Chris Waddle, Noah Marr and Brin Somerville.
