Bassett Carol vs Algernon Blanc

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Cameroon-Nord-Oueste promoted show at Bamenda Delahaye, Bamenda,  taking place on 29/01/2022:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Cameroon Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Bassett Carol (6 - 0 - 1 - 1(NC)) who hails from Bamenda, Cameroon and Algernon Blanc(3 - 4 - 5) from Yaoundé, Cameroon.  Carol weighed in at 147 pounds, while Blanc weighed in at 146 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jesper Menougong, and the three ringside judges are Glanville Drucker, Mason Bazin and Laramie Bill.
