David Adger vs Rex Maben

Boxing Daily Report from the Jaromir Dobroniecki promoted show at Elma Roane Fieldhouse, Memphis,  taking place on 26/09/2045:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Deep South Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are David Adger (20 - 24 - 4) who hails from New Orleans, USA and Rex Maben(44(1) - 13(3) - 1) from Louisville, USA.  Adger weighed in at 175 pounds, while Maben weighed in at 174 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Leighton Taylor, and the three ringside judges are Kris Breck, Dan Stevenson and Alen Williams.  

Round 1: 

Adger is looking to keep his distance and is on target with a cross.  Adger tries to land a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut to Adger's body.
