Owen Jones vs Aron Rice

Boxing Daily Report from the PP Promotions promoted show at Lowland Hall, Edinburgh,  taking place on 25/08/2045:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Owen Jones (3(3) - 0) who hails from Manchester, UK and Aron Rice(9 - 18(3) - 1) from Cardiff, UK.  Both Jones and Rice weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John McVicker, and the three ringside judges are Patrick McBeth, William Owen and Andrew Frew.  

Round 1: 

Rice steps inside.  Rice sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Jones lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.

Jones lands two left hook's to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Jones wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Rice dabs at his face checking for damage.

At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Rice's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Rice's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

Jones stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  Rice attempts to land a cross, but Jones parries the shot and counters with a firm cross.

Rice forces Jones to retreat into a corner.  Rice feints a jab, but Jones does not fall for it and lands with a solid right uppercut.

Jones tries to step out of his opponents range.  Jones feints a jab, and then lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head, KNOCKING RICE DOWN!  He is unable to get up before the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Jones!
