Boxing Daily Report from the Simuunza Promotions promoted show at Gethin Nicholson Gym, Minneapolis,  taking place on 07/09/2045:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Minnesota Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rex Aamodt (3 - 3(1) - 1) who hails from Minneapolis, USA and Patrick Lockaby(3(1) - 1) from Minneapolis, USA.  Both Aamodt and Lockaby weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Harry Streblow, and the three ringside judges are Alastair Cullen, Greg Pelle and Zachary Mattus.  

Round 1: 

Aamodt is looking to keep his distance and lands a stiff jab.
