Rodrigo Vara vs Alejandro Pompa

Boxing Daily Report from the Mashaba Promotions promoted show at Managua Capistran, Managua,  taking place on 15/09/2045:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nicaragua Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ESTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Rodrigo Vara (11 - 9(1) - 2) who hails from Leon, Nicaragua and Alejandro Pompa(7(4) - 2(2)) from Tipitapa, Nicaragua.  Vara weighed in at 122 pounds, while Pompa weighed in at 121 pounds And 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Alejandro Londono, and the three ringside judges are Alvino Albo, Santiago Mazo and Quinto Clavijo.  

Round 1: 

Pompa lands with a sharp jab.  
Vara pivots to the left of his opponent.  Pompa lands a jab.
