Chris Kinnock vs Tariq Mahmood

Boxing Daily Report from the HONEYPUNCH promoted show at Allianz Park, London,  taking place on 23/09/2045:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chris The Kid Kinnock (27(21) - 0) who hails from Leeds, UK and Tariq Mahmood(35(5) - 2(1) - 2) from Port Said, Egypt.  Both Kinnock and Mahmood weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Stuart Dockter, and the three ringside judges are Ollie Bains, Tobias Goodlett and Harry Gwilym.  

Round 1: 

Mahmood advances into close range and hits home with a right hook.  Mahmood throws a right uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a firm left uppercut.

Kinnock steps to the outside.  Kinnock lands a right uppercut to the body, a left hook to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  He continues the combination and lands two right uppercut's to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Kinnock sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Kinnock attempts to land a jab, but Mahmood sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  Mahmood now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Mahmood is looking to close the distance.  Kinnock pivots to the side of his opponent and hits home with a potent left hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE MAHMOOD WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Mahmood almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Kinnock tries to step out of his opponents range.  Kinnock sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a stinging cross.  
Mahmood throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents body.
