Lee Ewing vs Gus Savage

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Florida promoted show at Jacksonville Matherson, Jacksonville,  taking place on 07/10/2045:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Florida Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lee Ewing (5(3) - 1) who hails from St. Petersburg, USA and Gus Savage(9 - 8(2) - 1) from Tampa, USA.  Both Ewing and Savage weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is David Carias, and the three ringside judges are Rob Quigg, Xaverius Vea and Cody Grant.  

Round 1: 

Ewing steps inside and is on target with a sharp left hook to his opponents body.  Ewing attempts to land a left hook, but Savage parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Ewing steps inside and lands a right uppercut followed by  two right hooks to his opponents body.  
Ewing tries to land a jab, but Savage slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Ewing gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body.  
Ewing drives a solid right hook into Savage's body.  
Ewing hits home with a stinging left hook.  Ewing clinches his opponent.  Ewing is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  Ewing throws a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Ewing lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Ewing closes the distance and lands a left hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body.  Ewing ties up his opponent.  Ewing leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Ewing is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Ewing and breaks the clinch.

Ewing walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Ewing lands a right hook.
