Vince Spang vs John Esau

Boxing Daily Report from the Top Shelf Prospects promoted show at The Venue at UCF, Orlando,  taking place on 30/09/2045:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Vince Spang (9(8) - 0) who hails from San Antonio, USA and John Esau(17 - 3(3)) from Olathe, USA.  Spang weighed in at 167 pounds and 15 ounces, while Esau weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is David Carias, and the three ringside judges are Sam Matteson, Rob Quigg and Kenzie Calley.  

Round 1: 

Spang gets on the inside and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Esau recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Spang lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Esau lands two jabs followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Spang pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a firm left hook.  
Esau tries to land a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a firm cross.  
Spang drives a stinging right hook into Esau's body.  
Spang closes the distance.  Spang pivots to the right of his opponent.  Spang attempts to land a left hook, but Esau parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Spang pivots to the right of his opponent.  Esau lands with a hard jab.  
Esau quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Esau hits home with a cross.  Esau tries to land a right uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a sharp right uppercut to Esau's body.

Spang is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Spang lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  He continues the combination and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND ESAU IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  
Esau tries to step out of his opponents range.  Spang lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND KNOCKS ESAU DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 5.  Esau now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Spang gets on the inside and walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Spang pivots to the left of his opponent.  Spang attempts to land a right hook, but Esau parries the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Esau lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Spang feints a jab, but Esau does not fall for it and responds with a cross.  
Esau throws a right uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
Esau hits home with a ramrod jab.  Esau throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a firm right hook.  
Spang pivots to the left of his opponent and lands with a spiteful jab.  
Spang advances into close range.  Esau sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Spang lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Spang pivots from in front of his opponent and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.

Esau lands a cross.  Esau tries to land a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a nasty cross.  IT LOOKS LIKE ESAU WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Esau quickly recovers. 
Spang advances into close range and cuts off the ring, trapping Esau on the ropes.  Spang digs in a stinging left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Spang lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Spang lands a left uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  
Esau pivots to the side of his opponent and connects with a left uppercut.  
Spang lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Spang lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Esau sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Esau lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.  Esau attempts to land a jab, but Spang slips the shot and counters with a FEROCIOUS cross.  ESAU WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Esau almost instantly gets his legs back.

Spang steps inside and connects with a sharp right hook.  
Spang closes the distance and lands a right uppercut to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Spang senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Spang crashes a hurtful right uppercut to his opponents body.  ESAU HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 9.  Esau now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Spang closes the distance and digs in a stinging right hook to his opponents body.

Esau lands a jab to the head, a cross to the body and a jab to the head.  
Spang is looking to close the distance.  Esau pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Spang quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Esau tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a CRUSHING cross.  ESAU WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Spang is looking to force the stoppage!  Spang EXPLODES a nasty right hook into his opponents face.  ESAU HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  HE IS UNABLE TO GET UP BEFORE THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Spang!
